HSE Specialist Shopee Express Shopee Internasional Indonesia

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure all buildings and vehicles on Shopee Express are safe to use and operate
• Perform regular safety inspections for vehicles and warehouses
• Deliver environmental health and safety activities, including emergency response plan, incident or accident management, and training implementation
• Involved in emergency response and liaise with Fleet and Laka team
• Responsible for accident hearing and investigation
• Participate and support regular environmental health and safety audits and certification program in compliance with established standards
• Support all QHSE related matters

Requirements:

• Open for a Diploma’s and Bachelor’s degree from any major
• Having min. 2 years of experience as HSE Officer/Inspector
• Having experience working in transport, supply chain, or logistics companies is a plus
• Having experience with vehicles management and inspection
• Certified training in industry QHSE Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment and regulatory standards is a plus
• Preferably someone who can drive a car or motorcycle (having SIM A or SIM B)
• Willing to work mobile
• Familiar with Ms. Office (especially with Ms. Excel and google sheet formula)
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
• Quick learning, adaptive and flexible
• Committed, result-oriented, willing to go the extra miles for goal achievement
