Responsible for:

• the selection process of raw materials and packaging for the development of food and beverage application products.
• Help design and direct the development of food and beverage application products for both new products and product optimization exist
• Responsible for the process of implementing product development trials from laboratory scale to production trials
• Evaluating and supervising documentation related to product development, whether for registration, administration or auditing
• Conduct product development update reports and coordinate with related departments in the process of product development and registration

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree of Food Technology or Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Nutrition or equivalent 
• Have staff experience: 2-5 years or Supervisor / Assistant Manager min. 1 year in the field of R&D, Quality Control, Business Development in the Food & Beverages, Pharmacy, Traditional Medicine Manufacturing Industry
• Have experience in formulation and production techniques, GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, Food Safety Management System and BPOM regulations.
• Fluent in English & Communicative, have strong leadership and analysis, mastering minimum MS.Office Computer program
• Willing to be placed in Gunung Putri, Bogor.
• Prioritized for those domiciled in Cibubur, Cileungsi, Depok, Bogor and surrounding areas
