HSE Officer and Quality Control Staff
Location: Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten

Job Duty:
- Responsible for the achievement of the quality management system, Environment & K3
- Ensuring that the corrective and preventive action process for the system has complied with the applicable laws & regulations.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of continual improvement through facilitator activities, in SMK3.
- Responsible for the implementation of the internal audit of the quality management system, K3 & environment.
- Determine/compile training materials in accordance with quality management, K3 & environment.
- Responsible for the implementation of management review for discussion of quality management system, K3 & environment.
- Ensure the readiness of the system for compliance with the certification body's external audit.
- Ensure that the control of LK3 documents and records can meet the applicable Criteria.
- Ensure that hazard identification, risk assessment and OHS & environmental programs can be realized properly.
- Ensuring provisions on emergency handling are available and can be implemented
- Make reports & investigations of work accidents and the environment
- Reducing the rate of work accidents
- Ensure the development of management systems (quality, K3 & environment) has been implemented in the area
- Responsible for achieving LK3 targets in his department.
- Evaluate employee performance/productivity in SMKL 3
- Responsible for achieving K3L targets in the Department.
- Implement the achievement of quality objectives from ISO 9001:2015 , 14001:2015, 45001:2018
- Carry out work procedures & document documents according to the requirements of ISO 14001.2015, ISO 45001:2018
- Implement the LH K3 program and the 5S program in the workplace
- Responsible for creating a safe, comfortable and conducive working atmosphere
- Cooperate with other departments / sections in an effort to increase company productivity
- Carry out all orders from superiors to achieve company productivity
Requirements:
- Has a General K3 Expert certificate
- Understand ISO 9001, 14001 and SMK3
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Bachelor's education majoring in Environmental Engineering / Public Health
- Familiar and able to operate computer and Ms Office software
- Have an excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Have a superb creativity, logic, vision, and problem-solving skills.
QUALITY CONTROL STAFF
Job Duty:
- Supervise the quality of the production line.
- Analyze quality problems found in the field.
- Coordinate with related departments on existing quality problems.
- Execute and monitor the results of decisions on the quality of production results.
- Receive complaints from external customers.
- Create an action plan to eliminate problems – PICA (Continual Improvement).
- Prepare reports and sign documents according to existing procedures.
- Mastering ISO 17025
- Make weekly/monthly quality reports
- Controlling the course of new projects, Modifications and product development as a team leader
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Metalurgy, Industrial Engineering, Sains or related from reputable university.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have expertise of mechanical engineering especially in automation systems, small moving parts/mechanism design, high precision robotics, manufacturing process, and mechatronics
- Accurate, attention to detail, tactful, and a fast learner is a must.
- Have an excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Have a superb creativity, logic, vision, and problem-solving skills.
- Have a good communication skill in English both oral and written.
